Men & Women 4 Change Social Club (MW4C) was founded December 12, 2011 Wausau WI Darrell Keaton, President and founder, created MW4C as a way to promote diversity and support awareness of minority owned businesses and organizations in Central . Wisconsin

Our Vision

MW4C's vision is to high light the achievements of minority role models in the community by providing social skills development and mentorship to at-risk 4-8th graders through the Youth Empowerment Program (YEP). YEP volunteering, hosting social functions, fund raisers and programs that affirms the care and discipline that all youth need, while providing opportunities for academic and career enrichment.
